Reservation modifications, cancellations, or early returns.
If you require any kind of parking reservation modification, whether due to a change in travel plans, a booking error, or parking at the wrong lot, please note that our policy requires you notify Park 'N Go 48 hours (two days) before your booked check-in day & time. Notification 48-hours prior to check-in will result in a full refund of your parking charges paid online! Changes, cancellations, or instances where you did not use your reservation but notice was not given 48 hours prior to check in are subject to a possible penalty of one day's parking charges.
If you need to cancel a reservation and request a refund, please note that our refund policy requires the same 48-hour prior notice. If you book your reservation on our website with less than 48 hours before the vehicle drop-off, you do not have grounds for a full refund; you are of course entitled to a refund less one day's parking charges as a penalty.
We strive to have one of the most customer-friendly change/cancel policies in the travel industry, and we can give you a future credit for your unused reservation (in whole or in part) as a courtesy.

For changes to dates or times of your booking - please email those.
Our goal is to answer emails as promptly as possible, but it may take five business days during heavy travel times.
In the event your travel plans change, whether due to airline schedule changes, acts of God, or just a general change in plans, please know that the cashier at our parking facility will charge you for any additional hours or days that you have not paid for in advance before you can exit the facility. However, the cashier at the lot cannot refund for unused days in the event you return to pick up your vehicle early. An early return credit is available upon request, please just email us!
If you do not bring your printed reservation to the facility and end up paying at the lot again for the parking, you may obtain a refund from us by mailing a copy of the parking receipt from the facility along with your confirmation and your complete contact information within 7 days of exiting the parking facility to:
